I was engaged as the digital delivery partner by the client who wanted a website to showcase their rental beach house. The purpose of the website was to encourage prospective guests to enquire/book through the website by providing clear contact details, and therefore reduce booking through other sites.

The project involved the selection and purchase of a domain name, host server and content management system. I chose Wordpress as the CMS due to the client wanting to minimise expenditure (Wordpress is open source). I then co-selected the theme with the client and implemented the theme files. Heavy design customisation was necessary in order to achieve the end result. This involved front-end development.

The end result is a homepage and contact page which clearly communicates the house features, amenities, and contact details.
