This project involved designing in 2 weeks a solution to a recognised problem faced by UNSW - The physical student queues at the university. The simple on-brand design was a visual proof of concept to showcase the type of work Deloitte Digital can reliably design and then build in short timeframes.
The design work involved understanding the problem, refining how we we will solve it and designing a solution. We prioritised presenting a solution to the physical student queues at Student Central by proposing a digital booking system to make it easy to schedule appointments, be notified about any updates or actions required, cancel and reschedule bookings and provide feedback. This was proposed as an extension to their existing Universe App.
