This project involved the conceptual design of a digital financial advice experience. The project was a 2 month engagement which involved carrying out research, service design and product design.

The problem centered around two key needs: 1) members wanting to feel more in control of their finances 2) members wanting to self serve online more easily to manage their Super. Challenges we discovered were that whilst members wanted to take control of their finances, they often lacked the deep understanding of Superannuation concepts such as risk and ROI and whilst they wanted to self-serve, they also wanted a human touch when they needed support. The proposed digital finanical advice experience would allow members to use an online advice tool coopled with an in-person, over the phone adviser.

We came up with many concepts, prioritised the focus for MVP delivery, carried our multiple member interviews, extensively created the future service blueprint and designed key screens to support the proposed experience.
